A Month Old Baby

Last month, hubby's cousin talked to him about staying at our home once their new baby boy left the hospital. As hubby told him that he also need to asked my permission and I said to go on since their house is under renovation and all the dust and dirt is such a danger to a newborns health. Harvy is the name of this cute little guy, who is big on his age and quite a stunner when he grows old as i predicted. He seldom cries and nobody can notice that's theres a baby inside unless his mom carried him out for his early morning sunshine bathe. And it's good to have a baby in the house, I used to shopped small and cute items for him, It really feels good watching him on his various facial expressions.

In celebration of his one month old baby, his dad asked us to buy something to eat yesterday... i cooked spaghetti and lumpiang shanghai and i invited my family to come over. I told them to go to our house after lunch and I suddenly freaked out when they are all there at 12noon and haven't eaten their lunch! Good thing i cooked enough viand but they have to squeeze in for the rice.. hehehe...

Early this morning, Harvy and his parents left home. Their house is okey now and as i bid him goodbye, I told him that he should visit us every time so he will recognize us as he grows.

Must be Friday

Hmm... I'm suppose to be excited since its TGIF today but I'm half hearted about it now. First, I leave our house wearing my new black sandals I bought as sale in SM Makati last week, and since its slightly raining that time, I didn't notice the slippery gutter on the street when I'm about to cross going to the bus stop and all my confidence level went to drained when I slipped left hip side first! splat!!! arrrggg! and I still find the courage to hold on to the lady beside me so I don't fell hard on the wet ground.... the others helped me to get up and to avoid further humiliation, they said it's really slippery on that side. Kahit na! huhuhu... My side pants are all wet and thank goodness, I also I carry my bag with me to cover the wet side.

Grrr... now, getting all the work loads infront of me plus some annoying colleagues from the other company really making my Friday. And I can feel the muscle pain that slowly growing... my hubby will surely laugh hard when I tell him about it. Hehehe... But I should carry on... life is always like that.

Happy weekend friends! =)

Not Just a Yellow Thingy

My mother, my eldest sister, Vince and Reine came all the way from
Laguna, and me, hubby and Mico came from Paranaque when we met at Glorietta in Makati. When my sister text me that they were in the activity area, we are all surprised to see that almost all of us are wearing yellow! And so i snapped them with a souvenir shot of a what-a-coincidence yellow dress, including me!

Well, it's not really the yellow shirts of course, but I'm happy that we still find each other time to bond and hopped in the mall.

Past Happenings

As expected, I'm down with trucks of loads after my leave of absence yesterday. Our pldtweroam was having problem with the signals at home and the result? I can't blog.

So what happened to me last weekend?

Saturday

1. My family visited me at home. They stopped by at lunch and I had a time to bond on my pamangkins though they spent so much time at our room playing warcraft.
2. We went to MOA that afternoon and my hubby (I called him a certified shopaholic now) decided to bought a comforter set since it's clearance sale at almost all SM branches.
3. We ate at Mann Hann, one of our favorite restaurant in MOA, i ordered spicy spareribs, yang chow rice and ube cheese cake.
4. At last, after strolling around... It's time to watch Batman, since the showing time we choose was 8:50pm-11:50pm, we have no choice but to get our things in the baggage counter since malling hours is only till 10pm. And we carry the comforter inside the cinema =) eiww!

Sunday

We stayed at home. Its searing hot in our room, almost unbearable. The weather these days are really unpredictable. But i still managed to sleep that afternoon when I cool down after I take a bath. When i wake up, hubby told me we stroll at SM Sucat, see, he is really restless staying home. I took the opportunity to buy lots of small sale items for our kitchen, ref cover, small hot and cold thermos, kitchen knife, ref holder, bowls and some glasses.

Well, I'm happy we bonded almost every weekend now. But another out of the line expenses.

Batman

My hubby text me that he is so tired from their audit and their continuous meeting. And at the end of his text, he wanted to stress-out and he wanted to watch Batman -the dark night. Of course, I also want to watch that movie, its the last movie done by my favorite hollywood actor, Heath Ledger who portrays as Joker. And based on the reviews, is his most effective role ever. So sad that he cannot hear those praises now.

But when i search for a better showing time at click the city. The entire movie duration is three hours!!! Of course, we can only watch at almost, the last full show and we can go home at almost past 12mn. So i text him back that if he want we will still go to Mall of Asia, eat dinner, stroll around and we can watch Batman on Saturday.

On watching Cinderella

I already posted my thoughts in watching Lea Salonga's portrayal of Cinderella on her latest stage play which will start this July 29. I really wanted to watch it, and i voiced my sentiments to my hubby who asked me how much is the ticket. I scout the the ticketnet.com and found out that P1000 is the lowest ticket price which means you'll be in the far end of the stage.

My hubby asked me last night if I still want to watch the show in CCP Complex on my birthday this coming August. I wanted to say 'YES!' but I hesitated coz I know he will immediately buy the tickets without telling me. And God knows how much the ticket cost will be. One thing I'm sure, he will never sit on the top seat.

The ticket price is really pricey. We can buys lots of thing from that aside from the fact that we are in a tight budget now that Tatay is sick again. But i wish someone will sponsor the tickets for us (hehe) That will be the best birthday gift for me =) I wish.....
